Onboarding

In terms of onboarding, we have two cases for new incomers - common (you registered by yourself) and via invitation.

Common​

After registering you go back to the Login page to sign in. Then you see the basic Set Up steps:

  • In Personal Info you can enter your phone and set your time zone
  • In Workspace step you need to fill in Organization name and Workspace URL (url.url format)
  • In Team you can add workspace members at once, but it's not a necessary step so you can skip it

Now you're done and can proceed to the workspace 😎

Via invitation​

When you accept the invitation to join a workspace you get all the settings in one spot - change a name, fill in the phone, create a secure password (8-digit min), choose a timezone and you're ready to go 😎
